Hanna Tuulikki performing Voice of the Bird (excerpt) at the Tectonics Festival
Thought I would share this of Hans and her enchanting bird call Gaelic song singing. So happy to see her doing wonderful things.
I suppose if you are into alternative printing processes you will have found the work of Anna Atkins ages ago, but I just came across her cyanotypes and they are great! And also some of the first photography books ever made. Would love to see one in reality, but for now the NYPL digital gallery will have to do: have a look!
My stationary for #Galison arrived today. For all your list making needs go to www.galison.com #lists #organiseyoself
Just seen David Bowie at #V&A probably the most eye popping inspirational show #youhavetogo #thankyoupencil
Last weekend I danced to this fine Gina X song, and this weekend maybe you could do the same, have a listen here:
there’s no great video to watch im afraid, but have a nice weekend
At the moment my work “A conversion act” is being shown at Pierogi Gallery, 177 North 9th Streeet, Brooklyn, until 21st april. So go have a look if you can! I just came back to Berlin after two weeks of work/holiday in New York. Which was great! People, colors, light, sounds in a mad rush and very sore feet from walking. Lovely friends, great diners, restaurants and music. MoMa, Natural History museum and Dia:Beacon. Strand bookstore and staring at people on Union Square and also Dashwood books specialized in photography books. But probably best of all, visiting the WFMU radiostation and getting a small guided tour, thank you Scott we enjoyed it!
Super-dooper-looper stop frame animation. I think I would like to live in the Østersøen in these people’s heads.

Close-up from Hilma af Klint at moderna museet Stockholm. Many thoughtful beauties and a few phases of rotten work… Being ahead of your time doesn’t mean you don’t make mistakes too.
Very much loved knitting house at Arkitektur museet in Stockholm. Subtle textures, opacities and many many hands of work.
